Hvac
Heating, ventilation and air-conditioning
Our aim is to design the HVAC in the most economic and sophisticated way. In our calculations we look for the most efficient solutions to use energy. Heath recovery is one of our main goals.
If possible, the so-called 'free' energy sources like solar, wind and geo-energy are recommended.
Electricity
While designing the electrical board and calculating the most efficient way in which the wires have to be laid, we try to come up with logical and versatile solutions.
If the use of a lighting control system can save you energy, we will, of course, strongly recommend it.
Sprinklers
Both active and passive fire protection are taken into consideration.
Sprinkler pipes or water curtains are calculated, reels are provided for and the possibility of compartmentalization is looked at.
Heath and smoke vents are a very important part of the fire protection system.
Sewage
We opt for the shortest pipeline route without losing the logic. In designing the sewage system we look for intelligent ways to process rainwater.
EPB and EPC
Both the R-value and the E-level are being calculated.
When the EPB report is put together, we always look for the most effective insulation.
Solutions are given to avoid thermal bridges. This can only be done properly by using and reviewing the draft of the architect.
